Once again BTL Machine is proud to announce the arrival of our fourth Okuma  Millac 853PF-5X machine.  The machine has a 120.08 x 33.46 x 27.56 inch working envelope plus A and B axes with +/-35 degree movement in each provided by a rotating, swiveling spindle head powered by a 45/55 kW, 12,000 rpm motor. This machine is not only powerful but fast as well with typical metal removal rates are up to 305 in cu/min for 7075 aluminum, 7 in cu/min for titanium, and 14 in cu/min for S45C steel.  Also, the exchange time of the 50 taper tools from the 30-position magazine into the spindle is less than nine seconds.
